The Privacy Policy of our website www.eurorama.it complies with the information on personal data according to the EU Regulation n. 216/679 (GDPR)

In quality of responsible for the treatment,  informs you, pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter,"Privacy Code") and art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:

1. OBJECT OF THE TREATMENT

THE Owner processes personal data, identifying and non-sensible (i.e.: nome, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail defined below, "personal data" or even "data") communicated by you on the occasion of the registration on this website (hereinafter, "Site"), of the  participation in opinion polls and satisfaction, of the completion of registration forms through the Site and of online requests.

2. TREATMENT PURPOSE

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

- Grant accesses to programs and services

- Manage and maintain the Site or allow you access to dedicated areas

- Answer to the online contact chats

- Fulfill a contact request

- Grant the administrative/accounting/commercial activities

The processing of your personal data is carried out by the operations indicated in art. 4 Code Privacy and art. 4 n. 2 GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subject to paper and electronic and / or automatic processing, through the use of the website hosted on the server of the data controller or on the sites of external companies that allow the data controller to offer its services (online chat, files for the customer by providing his email and name for the download). The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes of service and otherwise over 2 years from data collection for other purposes. In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 lett. E of the EU Reg. 2016/679 the personal data collected will in any case be stored in a form that allows the identification of interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which personal data are processed.

4. ACCESS TO DATA

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2:

- To employees and collaborators of the Owner, in their capacity as persons in charge and / or internal managers of the treatment and / or system administrators.

- To third-party companies or other subjects (website provider, cloud provider, e-payment service provider, suppliers, hardware and software technicians, shipping company and carriers, banks, professionals offices, etc) making outsourcing activity on Owner behalf in their activity as responsible of the treatment.

5. DATA COMMUNICATION

Without your express consent (pursuant to Article 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the owner may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies and Authorities judicial, as well as to all other subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law. It makes sure however that your personal data will never be made public on the owner's website.

6. DATA TRANSFER

The management and storage of personal data will take place in Europe, on servers located in Italy property of the Data Controller and / orof third-party companies also abroad, appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors for the use of the requested services. The personal data provided may be transferred abroad in and outside the European Union, within the limits and under the conditions set out in Articles 44 and ss. of EU Regulation 2016/679, in order to comply with purposes related to the transfer itself.

7. NATURE OF DATA CONFERENCE AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO RESPOND

Data provision for the purposes referred to the art. 2.A is mandatory. In their essence, we will not be able to guarantee neither the registration to our website nor services of the art. 2.A. You can decide not to provide any data or consequently  deny the possibility to use data already registered.  In any case you continue to be entitled to the  services of the art. 2.A.

8. SECURITY

The Owner has adopted a series of security measures to protect your data against the risk of loss, abuse or alteration. In particular, it has adopted the measures referred to Arti 32-34 of the Privacy Code and art. 32 GDPR. It uses data encryption technology if necessary for more sure communications established by the AES Standards (BCrypt) and the protected data transmission protocols known as HL7 and HTTPS.

9. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In your quality as an interested party, you have the rights referred  in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:

    a) to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form

    b) obtain the indication:

        i. of the origin of personal data.

        ii. of the purposes and methods of processing.

        iii. of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of tools electronic

        iv. the identity of the owner, manager and representative designated pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR and of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as a representative designated in the territory of the State, of managers or agents

        v. obtain:

            a) updating, rectification or, when interested, data integration;

            b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that are not necessary storage in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently treated;

            c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right

        vi. Oppose you. in whole or in part:

           a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;

           b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending material advertising or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or by means of traditional marketing by telephone and / or paper mail. Please note that the right of opposition of the interested party, set out in point b) above, for purposes direct marketing through automated methods extends to those  traditional and in any case the possibility for the interested party to exercise remains unaffected the right to object, even if only partially. 11. MINORS

This site and the owner’s services are not intended to minors of 18 years age and the Owner does not collect intentionally personal information referred to minor. In case thet informaiton on minors were accidentally registered, the data controller will immediately delete them on request of the users.

The updated list of data processors and persons in charge of processing is kept at the headquarters of the owner of the treatment.
